The man Martin refuse to replace my two month old battery until he charged it, he forgot to put it on the charger and I was there for hours. He was mean and nasty and I rape, he had a bad day, he had no employees working and he was trying to do everything himself I understand that. He said it was policy that they actually charge and test the battery before they replace it, even when it's only two months old? I walked with the motorcycle a mile today that is not an easy task. I wanted a new battery even if I had to pay for it. My total time in the store was well over two hours most of it arguing over me getting a new battery. This man was terrible and I will never do my business at this particular location again if I could rated a zero stars I would. Martin should not be in charge of a turtle more or less an entire store Feedback: They could have done what should have been done to begin with. I should not have to have call customer service after two hours to get a replacement battery because his employee forgot to put it on the charger to begin with my entire day was ruined because of this battery and I wanted a new one even if I had to pay for it. He was having a bad day and was shortstaffed big time and was doing everything himself as name is Martin he was not very nice whatsoever

Been shopping at this store for years. Currently Hunter and Sen are the usual people i interact with. Always a great experience. Today Marty delivered above and beyond service on a matter i was dealing with. Have never had a bad experience at this store and don't expect to either.

I was looking for a piece I should have been able to find on the floor but they didn't have what I wanted. There was 10 people in line. One employees running around with one guy trying to sell him everything under the sun. I think I'll stick to my other store a little further down the road.
